Terms & Conditions for competitions on Instagram

The following terms and conditions apply to competitions organised by Original Berlin Walks, c/o Lars Beineke & Narin, Can GbR, Friedrichstr. 95, 10117 Berlin on the Instagram page @originalberlinwalks.

The duration of the competition is one month unless a different time period is explicitly stated in the description on Instagram.

Participation is free of charge. All persons over 18 years are eligible to participate.

Original Berlin Walks does not encourage the use of inaccurately tagged content and participants are responsible for the accurate tagging of content and ensuring the legal rights to use of posted images. Participants must not inaccurately tag content, particularly, for example, if participants are not featured in the photo or participants do not have the right to use the photo.

Upon tagging a photo to enter the competition, Original Berlin Walks reserves the right to repost the photos.

The winners will be selected from all eligible participants by Original Berlin Walks GbR. The winners will be determined within one week after the end of the sweepstakes and marked in the comments of the competition post, as well as contacted via message on Instagram. In the event that a winner does not get back to us within 48 hours, Original Berlin Walks reserves the right to select a new winner and notify them.

A cash payment to the value of the prize on offer is not possible.

Original Berlin Walks can not be held legally accountable.

Original Berlin Walks reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons.

All promotions and competitions are in no way connected with Facebook or Instagram.
